Expert trainer Brandie Sharpe and award-winning teacher and entrepreneur Cindy Finelli Coleman M.Ed. have teamed up to teach student-athletes how to win on and off the field. This 6 week program is designed to inspire high school athletes to create a winning mindset and build the mental aspect of sports combined with next level fitness. We teach and coach student-athletes in the Art and Science of winning.

Athletic Training
Professional athletic training with Squad Goals is a complete exercise program that will evaluate various fitness components of each individual and provide exercises to improve these components. Squad Goals trainers will challenge each individual in a knowledgeable, safe and clean environment. We teach new movements, improve form, performance and help set and achieve goals. The key roles and duties of Squad Goals trainers are to: motivate, elevate and assist clients of all levels to be better at their individual goals. We want each client to “win” at their goals.

Squads Goals works with all sports, male and female athletes. Squad Goals teaches the proven proprietary academic and athletic G.A.M.E. strategy created by Cindy and tired and true methodologies of Fall of Fame coaches. Squad Goals expanded and built on the success of an extraordinary Proof of Concept, Read2Play, In the fall of 2018, Cindy created a partnership with the Las Vegas Union 12U team, Nevada League Las Vegas Youth Football. The players saw incredible gains on the field – they won the Nevada State and South West Regional championships and earned a berth at the National Youth Football Championships, held in Florida in December of 2018, where they placed third in the Nation.

Squad Goals teaches athletes how to most effectively complete complex tasks like accelerating, decelerating, changing of direction, jumping, bounding, pushing, and pulling. Builds mental health and self-esteem. By reducing the chance of injury and spending time together in a constructive setting, Squad Goals provides many health and social benefits for our student athletes. Squad Goals prepares student athletics to excel in high school and get accepted into college.
